Return or exchange an roxxfashion.com purchase by mail

 1. Please include your invoice copy and return form. 2. On the invoice copy, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form. 3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.

 4. For exchanges, please call 954-926-7757

 5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Roxxfashion.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
 Return status Returns mailed to roxxfashion may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.Roxxfashion will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
